▼Job Responsibilities
**Assembly, Inspection, Packaging, and Shipping of Palm-Sized Parts**
You will be exclusively assigned to one of the following processes:
- **Assembly:** Set parts in the machine at your own designated workstation
- **Inspection:** Sit at your workstation and visually check for any damages
- **Packaging:** Simply place the parts into small boxes while seated
- **Shipping:** Just close the boxes and place them on a pallet
▼Salary
Hourly wage: 1,260 yen
Salary details (monthly income example): 250,000 yen
▼Contract Period
The contract has a specified term. The renewal of the contract will be determined based on the volume of work, progress, and performance after the contract term expires, as well as on capability, work achievements, and attitude toward work.
▼Working Days and Hours
**[Three Shifts]**
8:00 AM to 4:35 PM (7.83 hours of actual work)
4:30 PM to 12:45 AM (7.5 hours of actual work)
12:40 AM to 8:17 AM (6.87 hours of actual work)
Full-time, Monday to Friday
▼Overtime Details
Overtime allowances for labor outside of regular hours will be paid.
▼Holiday
Saturday, Sunday, public holidays off, 125 days of holiday per year.
