【Therapist】
This job involves massaging customers to relax their bodies and minds.
Body care: We massage the muscles and pressure points of the entire body, directly treating areas of fatigue.
Foot care: Using gel to relieve reflex points on the soles of the feet, and treatment of the shins and calves.

【Body Clean Therapist (Acupressure Scrub)】
This treatment is performed in a room directly connected to the bath.
In addition to the skin beautifying effect of removing dirt and dead skin cells clogged in the pores of the entire body, the treatment also stimulates blood circulation with comfortable friction,

【Esthetics】
Treatment is performed in a room inside the building (outside the bath).

▼Salary
Salaries are based on full commission and range from 1,890 yen to 4,290 yen per hour.

Specific examples of compensation are as follows

【In the case of a therapist/assignment for one year】
Example of monthly compensation for a body care therapist: ¥217,350 (¥31.5/minute x 300 minutes x 23 days)
Example of monthly remuneration for an Akasuri Therapist: 336,375 yen (58.5 yen/minute x 250 minutes x 23 days)
※There is a separate late-night allowance for working hours between 24:00 and 05:00.

The unit price of remuneration varies depending on the treatment and rank.

▼Training
Normally, the minimum training period is 13 days.
For inexperienced trainees, the training progresses through orientation, written test, practical training (6 days), ropelay, check, and finally a final test.
For experienced trainees, the training period is a minimum of 2 days to learn the flow of treatment and customer service, allowing them to make their debut in a store in the shortest time possible.

*There is a 100,000 yen bonus for passing the training.
