Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
【Job Description (Airport Operations)】
・Load checked baggage from conveyor belts into containers and aircraft
・Unload baggage from aircraft and containers

※Within 3–6 months after starting, you will take an airport vehicle driving test (Test available once per month until you pass).
After passing, you will operate container vehicles.

Experienced staff may also be assigned to operate specialized vehicles
(e.g. towing cars, boarding bridges) with additional allowances.

▼Salary
Hourly Wage: ¥1,600+
Experienced staff: ¥1,650+

Transportation Allowance:
Train/Bus: Full reimbursement (up to ¥40,000/month)
Car: Parking fees covered (up to ¥15,000/month).
Gas allowance provided based on commuting distance (parking + gas up to ¥40,000/month).

Overtime Pay: Paid separately

Joining Bonus: ¥30,000 after 3 months

Working Hours:
Shift work between 5:00–23:00
9 hours on site / 8 hours actual work per day
(Example shifts: 5:00–14:00, 9:00–18:00, 12:00–21:00, 14:00–23:00)
※ Flexible consultation available if early mornings or nights are difficult

Break Time:
60 minutes

Minimum Work Requirement:
