Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
[Parking Lot Manager]
- Think of ways to effectively use available parking spaces.
- Organize and direct the staff working at the parking lot.
- Plan and implement improvements to earn more money from the parking lot.

[Consulting Sales for Building Owners]
- Advise building owners on how to efficiently utilize empty parking spaces.
- Collaborate with them to figure out how to generate more profit from the parking lot.

[Area Manager]
- Visit multiple parking lots to check if they are being managed well.
- Help and provide solutions when parking lot managers face difficulties.

- Monthly salary 280,000 yen
- Basic salary 228,791 yen
- Overtime allowance 51,209 yen (for 41 hours)
- Overtime work exceeding 41 hours will be paid at an increased wage rate.
- Overtime allowance is paid additionally for the time exceeding 41 hours.
- Salary increases biannually (February and August).
- No bonus. Salary system based on annual salary.
- Annual salary examples:
- 3rd year Female Senior Associate 3.72 million yen
- 5th year Male Manager 5.5 million yen
- 7th year Male Group Company Executive 7 million yen

Working hours: 9:00~18:00 (8 hours per day)
Break time: 60 minutes *Hours may vary depending on the nature of the work

As a general rule, 41 hours of overtime work is included in the monthly salary, and additional premium wages are paid for work in excess of 41 hours.

Annual holidays of 120 days, 2 days off per week (Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays off), paid leave, compassionate leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, and sick leave are provided.
