Mainly works as a driver of route buses running along the Tokyu railroad line! We provide safe driving and comfortable bus space.

The buses are operated in areas along the Tokyu line.
You will operate a fixed route at first and gradually will be entrusted to drive more routes!
We value hospitality.

After entering the company, the following flow of events will take place.
【Training period *About 1 month】
You will be required to attend our designated driving school to obtain a large class 2 vehicle license.
After obtaining the license, you will be promoted to a full-time employee.

There is a training camp license acquisition system! The acquisition period can be shorter than usual.
The company will lend you the full cost of acquiring the license (full repayment obligation will be waived after 5 years of service).

【Training and education at the education center (about 2 months)】
Those who have a large type 2 license will start here as a full-time employee!

You will learn basic knowledge of route bus driver operations, fare collection, safe bus driving operations, etc.
Experienced instructors who have experience as drivers will ride with you in the training vehicle and give you comprehensive individual lectures from customer service and hospitality to safe and comfortable driving methods.

【On-the-job training and instruction *About 1 month】
After being assigned to an office, the instructor in charge of training will ride with the student to practice driving for business.
Under the one-on-one guidance of the instructor in charge of training, you will polish your skills and hospitality, as well as information on the characteristics of each route and the areas in which we operate.
The 1 month period is just a guide, so take your time! You'll learn as you progress.

Monthly salary: 250,000 yen ~ + benefits

Example of annual salary
5,000,000 yen / 1st year with the company (monthly salary of 250,000 yen + various allowances + bonus (once a year))
5.79 million yen / 2nd year with the company (monthly salary of 254,000 yen + benefits + bonus (twice a year))
6.14 million yen / 5th year with the company (monthly salary of 270,000 yen + various allowances + bonus (twice a year))
*Annual salary example is a model case (includes 3 dependents, bonus, overtime allowance, etc.; actual results for fiscal year 2023).

During the training period (maximum 2 months) for a large-sized vehicle type 2 license, [contract employee] monthly salary is 165,000 yen (pro-rated according to the date of entry into the school).
