Main job responsibilities:

・Cooking/preparing meals; customer service; other store operations
・Store managers: financial management, human resource development etc.

▼Salary
■Kanto area (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama)
270,000～ (including fixed overtime and housing allowance) + benefits + performance pay
・Basic salary: Approx. 200,000～
・Fixed overtime: 20 hours in Kanto area (35,000 - 66,000 yen)
・Monthly allowance: Housing allowance 20,000 yen

※Conditions for those with one year of full-time or three years of part-time experience.
※For those with less than that amount of experience: 253,000 yen and up
※Excess overtime paid separately in increments of one minute
※Transportation expenses: full expenses covered

Based on shift, 20~23 working days per month

▼Overtime Details
Average overtime hours: approximately 13 hours per month (overtime is paid on a per-minute basis)

・110 days off per year (Can vary depending on the store)
・Shift system (7 to 10 days per month *One or more days off per week)
・Paid leave (10 days granted after 6 months of employment / Up to 20 days per year based on regulations)

▼Work Location
You will be assigned to a restaurant in Kanto area (Tochigi, Gunma, Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo and Kanagawa Prefectures)
