This job is to make tapes for transporting things!
We prepare materials for making tapes, clean the machine, put the materials into the machine, and make the tapes.
Check the made tapes to make sure they are not broken, and if they are not broken, put them into boxes!
During the training period, you will work day shift, 8 hours a day for 5 days and 2 days off.
From the 3rd or 4th month, you will work 4 days and 2 days off.

Monthly salary: 297,500 yen

Overtime work 1,500 yen x 45H/month = 67,500 yen
Late night allowance 300 yen x 60H/month = 18,000 yen

The contract will be renewed after 6 months, but those who work hard will continue to work as they are!

▼Working Days and Hours
The beginning is 08:20-17:50 (8 hours work)

From 3 or 4 months, the shift system will change to 4 days on and 2 days off.
(1) 08:20-17:50 (8 hours work) → 17:50-20:35 (2.25 h) Break 30 min.
→ Break is 10:00-10:20/12:00-12:50/15:00-15:20 80 min.

(2) 20:20 - 05:50 (8 h work) → 05:50 - 08:35 (2.25 h) Break 30 min.
→ Break is 00:00-00:50/03:00-03:20/22:00-22:20 80 min.

Average number of working days per month is 20 days!

Average overtime per month is 45 hours.
All overtime will be paid.

14 days is a probationary period.
Hourly wage will be 1,100 yen.

The first 2 months after assignment will be a training period at 1,100 yen per hour.

※Company will provide work clothes.
・There is a cafeteria where you can eat for about 330 yen.
・The work hours are 8 hours, but you must be able to work 2.25 hours overtime as set overtime.
・Lockers are provided. (You are responsible for your own valuables. If you lose your key, you will be responsible for the cost of reissuing it.)
・Meals must be purchased with meal vouchers in cash from the vending machine in the cafeteria (bringing your own lunch is OK).
・If you have back pain, please inform us at the time of interview
・Dormitory workers are required to pay a 10,000 yen deposit for the gas contract, which will be deducted from the following month's salary (the deposit will be returned by the gas company when you move out).
・In August, due to the Obon vacation, we will work on Saturdays (check the factory calendar for details).
・Shifts are currently scheduled every two weeks: daytime (2 weeks) and nighttime (2 weeks). The shift schedule will be changed to 4 workdays and 2 days off to accommodate production on Saturdays and Sundays.
・Shuttle bus service is available from the factory (free of charge).
