Machine Operator
We are entrusted with the manufacture of equipment parts required for semiconductor parts for smartphones, cars, etc.!

We are looking for an operator of a state-of-the-art combined NC lathe. This job is to produce high-precision machined products from materials.

Specifically...
Set materials
Checking the dimensions and gauges of the workpiece
Checking for flaws, etc.

We work as a team, so no experience is required!
Although there are three shifts, the work hours are rotated among the four teams, so the night shift is only worked for about one week in a month.

If you cannot work the night shift, you can work only the day shift in quality control! (Salary and other benefits vary)

Quality Control
Machine operators check parts manufactured by our staff down to the smallest detail!

Specifically...
└Cleaning, deburring, and visual inspection of processed products
└Packing and shipping work
└Dimensional inspection using measuring instruments, etc.

Machine operator
Monthly salary: 306,570 yen and up

Salary details: base salary 210,000 yen + night shift allowance 30,000 yen + overtime allowance 66,570 yen (for 42h)

Bonus!
1 to 2 million yen for management level

Salary increase!
3,000 yen to 50,000 yen
3,000-50,000 yen *Determined by length of service, skills, age, and other factors.

Transportation expenses paid (up to 20,000 yen), car commuting OK *Parking space available

Allowance details
Family allowance: 5,000 yen per dependent family member
Gymnasium: Up to 5 times a month free of charge at any of the Renaissance sports clubs

Model Annual Income
Example: 25 years old, 7 years of service, level 10-40
Manufacturing Department: 3.5-5.5 million yen
Quality Control Department: 3.3-5 million yen

35 years old, 7 years of service, level 40-50
Manufacturing Department: 5-7 million yen
Quality Control Department: 4.5-6 million yen

Age 43, 15 years of service, Level 50+
Manufacturing Department: 7-9 million yen
Quality Control Department: 6-8 million yen

(1) 8:30-19:00 (90-minute break)
12:15-22:45 (90-minute break)
3) 22:30 - 8:30 (90-minute break)

8:30 - 17:15 (75 min. break)

Assumed 42 hours per month

2 days off every other weekend (Sunday, 1st and 3rd Saturday)
