▼Job Responsibilities
Support and recruitment of Vietnamese staff and sales operations
This is a permanent position for our company.
Support for Vietnamese staff with specific skills and foreign staff for temporary staffing and placement.
Recruitment and interviewing of Vietnamese staff
・Handling of recruitment agencies
・Recruitment (inputting job applications)
・Receiving and interviewing applicants.
・Hiring procedures and induction training.
Follow-up with Vietnamese staff
・We will listen to any problems they may be having and respond to them.
Support for visa applications, etc.
Sales and marketing of new business partners
▼Salary
Monthly salary: 270,000 yen ～ 300,000 yen
Total amount of base salary and fixed overtime pay
Base salary: 220,000 yen per month
Fixed overtime pay: Yes (paid in the same unit as salary form)
50,000 yen per month (fixed overtime hours: 23 hours per month)
Overtime pay will be paid separately for hours worked in excess of the fixed overtime hours

A vehicle allowance of 30,000 yen per month will be paid separately for those who can bring their own car as a sales vehicle.
