▼Job Responsibilities
To connect with foreign Japanese residents from diverse backgrounds and provide them with opportunities to change jobs,
This is a toC marketing service where you'll be tasked to increase the online awareness of "Guidable Jobs", a recruiting platform exclusively for foreign residents in Japan, alongside helping foreign job seekers to be successfully hired by Japanese companies.

The main tasks include the following

・Research and make a trend analysis of the foreign resident market
・Planning and executing marketing strategies for foreign residents in Japan
・Creating creative advertisements (mainly SNS advertisements)
・Budget management and evaluate the effectiveness of said advertisements

▼Salary
Annual income 3 million yen - 6 million yen + Incentives

◆Salary details (reference)
Monthly salary: 250,000 yen - 500,000 yen+ Incentives
・basic salary): 184,900 yen - 369,900 yen
・fixed overtime allowance (45 hours/month): 65,100 yen - 130,100 yen

  (Overtime allowance):Overtime work in excess of 45 hours per month will be paid additionally.
  (Incentives): Depending on the department to which you are assigned, monthly incentives may be generated based on the amount of orders received.
