▼Job Responsibilities
Nursing Staff (Lifestyle Support) at Pay Nursing Home
This is an important job to support the daily lives of grandparents.
- They help them get up in the morning, prepare and support meals and baths.
- They also help with washing clothes, cleaning rooms, and shopping.
- You can also provide emotional support by taking walks and talking with them.

The monthly salary is 180,000 yen, with a base salary of 168,000 yen and a base treatment of 15,000 yen. A qualification allowance is added to this, ranging from 5,000 yen to 15,000 yen depending on the qualification. If you work night shifts, you will receive 3,000 yen per shift as night shift allowance. Other benefits include a housing allowance, support allowance, commuting allowance, etc. In addition, bonuses are paid twice a year, and there is an annual opportunity for salary increases. Overtime work is almost nonexistent, making it possible to balance work and life.
