♦Job Description
This company manufactures concrete railway sleepers and other related products.

・Finishing tasks such as cleaning and repairs:
Cutting protruding rods from hardened concrete using a special machine.
Smoothing uneven concrete surfaces with a trowel.
Filling air pockets with a mixture of powder and water.
※ This job requires frequent bending and working at a lower position.

・Pouring concrete into molds:
Using a hoist or crane to lift a hopper filled with liquid concrete and pour it into molds.
※ This is a group task, requiring multiple people to support the hopper.

♦Work Environment
Work is performed under a roof but in an almost outdoor environment.
Hot in summer, cold in winter.
Salt candies are provided as a heatstroke prevention measure.
