▼Salary
Monthly salary:
Regular employee 275,000 yen and up + various allowances paid separately!
Manager 300,000 yen and up + various allowances are paid separately!
*Monthly fixed overtime work for 25 hours is included in the monthly salary.
*If overtime work exceeds 25 hours per month, overtime will be paid or compensatory leave or shorter working hours will be provided.
*For only managers, a manager's allowance of 7,000 yen is included in the salary.

*Overtime is on average 10-15 hours per month, except in December.

Shift system
July: 10 days off including summer vacation

February, April, June, September, November and December: 6 days off

Paid vacations:
10 days will be granted after 6 months of employment.
After that, 10 days will be granted as required by law.
★Paid holidays can be taken off up to 2 weeks in a row.
*Up to 2 weeks consecutive holidays OK, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off OK, 100% of paid holidays can be used when leaving the company.
Vacation days other than official holidays, summer vacation, and winter vacation:

(3)Death of a parent or child: 7 consecutive days
