Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
As a member of our culinary staff, you will be entrusted with a wide range of duties related to the entire cooking process, from purchasing and managing ingredients to preparing, cooking, and finishing dishes.
Through these duties, you will hone your skills to bring out the best in your ingredients.

<Cooking assistant staff>
We will ask you to perform support duties such as serving dishes.
We will start you off with a job that suits your experience!


<Cooking Staff>
For experienced cooks, we will ask you to prepare ingredients for dishes and cook in general.
We offer benefits depending on your skills, such as deep frying, baking, simmering, and salad preparation!
Those with Japanese food careers who handle fish cut sashimi, and make sushi will receive even better benefits!


No experience in Japanese cuisine or seafood taverns is necessary.
Western or Chinese cuisine, any genre of experience is acceptable.

▼Salary
Monthly salary: 240,000~400,000 yen
*Salary will be based on experience and ability.
Monthly salary includes various allowances.
*Expected overtime work of 45 hours is included.

30,000 yen as a start-up allowance (provided to all new hires/paid with the salary of the second month of employment)

Salary Example
Monthly salary: 300,000 yen~ (with experience as a chef or head chef in a restaurant, hotel, etc.)
Monthly salary 270,000 yen~ (5 years or more of cooking experience in Japanese cuisine, izakaya (Japanese style pub), etc.)
Monthly salary: 240,000 yen~ (3 years or more of cooking experience in Japanese cuisine, izakaya, etc.)

We will ask you about your desired monthly salary and past career at the interview, and create an environment where both parties can start in a mutually satisfactory manner.
