- Night shift allowance: 2,814 yen per day
- Overtime allowance: 2,344 yen per hour
- Driving allowance: 10,000 yen per month (when driving 80% or more of the time)
- Seniority pay: Increases by 2,000 yen per year based on years of service
- Qualification allowance: 10,000 yen per month if you obtain a 2nd class civil engineering construction management engineer
- Monthly allowance of approximately 30,000 yen if promoted to a position manager
