▼Job Responsibilities
[Kitchen & Hall Staff]
In this role, you will handle both customer service and kitchen tasks at our restaurant. No experience is necessary, so you can start with confidence! Specific responsibilities include:
- Greeting and seating customers, as well as serving food.
- Assisting in simple food prep and presentation.
- Training and scheduling part-time and temporary staff.
- Once familiar, managing sales records and assisting with store operations.

▼Salary
The starting monthly salary is ¥274,646, with pay adjustments based on working hours. This amount includes an overtime allowance of ¥62,685, covering up to 45 hours of monthly overtime. Additionally, bonuses are paid twice a year in June and December, depending on company performance. Salary increases occur once annually. Employees also receive a commuting allowance and a housing allowance of ¥10,000 per month. The estimated annual income ranges from ¥3.85 million to ¥4.2 million.

- 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM
