▼Job Responsibilities
[Manager / Assistant Manager]
At an izakaya, you will handle a wide range of responsibilities, from customer service to management duties. The specific tasks include:
Providing customer service and handling orders.
Preparing and serving food and drinks.
Handling food preparation and cooking.
Managing billing, customer farewells, and cleaning up the restaurant.
Managing staff schedules and ensuring a comfortable working environment.
Ordering ingredients and ensuring necessary supplies are available.
Managing sales and monitoring the store's performance.
▼Salary
Salary: Monthly salary ranges from ¥255,000 to ¥350,000.
Bonuses: Paid twice a year (based on performance).
Salary Increases: Four times a year, every three months, with an average increase of ¥5,000 per increment.
Overtime: There is no overtime pay, but the average overtime is around 10 hours per month.
Transportation: Full transportation reimbursement.
Housing Allowance: ¥30,000 (with certain conditions).
Benefits: Includes health insurance, employment insurance, worker’s compensation insurance, and employee pension plan.
Retirement Bonus: There is no retirement bonus system.
Expected Annual Income (including bonuses): Between ¥3.57 million and ¥4.90 million.
