▼Job Responsibilities
【Store Manager Candidate】
You can work in a restaurant that provides customers with an enjoyable time. It's an environment where you can learn about store operations and improve your skills.
- Learn about store operations
- Staff recruitment and training
- Management of sales and profits

【Area Manager Candidate】
It's a job where you manage multiple stores and help them grow. You can polish your perspective as a manager.
- Guidance on the operation of multiple stores
- Proposing store improvement plans
- Planning strategies to maximize sales in each region

In either position, you can work happily in cooperation with colleagues. We are waiting for those who have a desire to grow and a strong spirit of challenge.

▼Salary
- Monthly salary: 240,000~470,000 yen
- Estimated annual salary: 4 million yen~5.3 million yen
- Salary increase: As needed
- Bonuses: Twice a year (June and December), with an average of 4 months' bonus paid last year.
- Overtime allowance: Includes fixed overtime (19 hours/month/¥20,000); overtime in excess will be paid separately.
- Other allowances: Position allowance, housing allowance, family allowance, separate residence allowance, etc.

Working hours:
Shifts between 09:00~01:00. You can work early, middle or late shift

Break time:
Depending on the work shift, there will be a break of 1-2 hours

Average monthly overtime hours: 16 hours per month (depending on the store)
A fixed overtime rate of 19 hours per month is included in the salary, but any overtime in excess will be paid separately.
