▼Job Responsibilities
Support for inbound customers
This job is to support restaurant reservations for visitors to Japan. You will use English to assist customers to make their trip more comfortable. The following are specific duties.
Provide various kinds of support to customers via messages and e-mails.
Provide useful information for visitors to Japan
Assist in setting up or changing the website
Assistance with setting up and changing reservations
▼Salary
The hourly wage is 1,800 yen
Daily or weekly payment is available (with stipulations).
Transportation expenses are fully paid and cover up to 30,000 yen per month.
▼Contract Period
The long-term assignment is scheduled to begin in early February 2025.
▼Working Days and Hours
Working hours: 10:00-19:00
Break time: 1 hour
Minimum working hours: 8 hours
Minimum working days：5 days
▼Overtime Details
There is 0-10 hours of overtime per month.
▼Holiday
Saturday, Sunday are off
▼Training
Training available.
▼Work Location
The work location is Shibuya-ku, Tokyo
The nearest stations are Shibuya Station on the JR Yamanote Line, Tokyu Toyoko Line, and Tokyu Denentoshi Line, all within a 5-minute walk.
