This job is to advise building owners and companies on effectively using unused parking spaces. At the same time, we will also suggest ways to reduce the cost of maintaining the cars that companies have. This is a job where we will use the great ideas you have to change the spaces in the city and make them more useful. ■Parking lot consulting sales
1. Consulting sales to building owners on the use of vacant parking spaces
2. Consulting sales to companies that own vehicles to reduce vehicle ownership costs
3. Consulting sales for parking lot management
▼Salary
The monthly salary starts at 280,000 yen. This includes the following details:
- The basic salary is 228,791 yen.
- Overtime allowance for 41 hours per month is provided, amounting to 51,209 yen.
- For overtime work exceeding 41 hours, additional premium wages will be paid.

Without a fixed contract period

[Work Hours: 9:00~18:00 (8 hours per day)]
[Break Time: 60 minutes]
[Minimum Work Hours: 8 hours]
