□ The position requires possession of a class 1 electric construction work supervision engineer qualification and over 5 years of experience in high-voltage electrical facilities construction management, as well as experience as a site supervisor or site representative. Those with experience in food, pharmaceutical, or logistics facilities (including three-temperature warehouses) are also welcome. Those aiming to obtain the qualification in the future are greatly encouraged.

Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
Electrical Construction Management
This job is responsible for electrical installation work in new construction, expansion, and renewal of factories, distribution facilities, IT facilities, and general facilities. We provide systematic and efficient construction management in order to create safe and secure electrical facilities.

- Plans and executes the installation of electrical equipment at construction sites.
- Manage construction schedules, considering budgets and timeframes.
- Provides on-site leadership to ensure safe work.
- Grasp the situation on site and consider how to prevent problems before they occur.

▼Salary
Salary will be determined upon consideration of assigned duties, experience, and ability.
Bonuses are paid twice a year (6 months of monthly salary in FY2024).
Overtime and commuting allowances are fully paid.
Support for acquisition of national certification is also provided.
There are also allowances for wedding and maternity gifts.
