Job Description

▼Job Responsibilities
[Care Staff]
As a care staff member, you will provide support to residents at the care facility.

- I will help prepare meals.
- We provide assistance and support with bathing.
- We assist with toileting.

▼Salary
Hourly wage: 1,600–2,000 yen
Travel expenses are fully reimbursed
(The hourly wage for those without nursing care qualifications or experience starts at 1,500 yen.)

Example of monthly income: If you work 8-hour shifts for 22 days at an hourly wage of 1,600 yen, your estimated monthly income would be 281,600 yen.


The night shift allowance is paid separately from the hourly wage, and the hourly wage increases by 25% for overtime work.
The daily wage for night shifts is 29,000 yen.

Short-term (within 3 months) to long-term (more than 3 months) consultations are possible.

We can schedule shifts across a wide range of hours, from early morning to night shifts.
Examples of specific shifts include 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM the following day.
