▼Salary
- Basic monthly income will range from 350,000 yen to 520,000 yen.
- Annual income will range from 5,600,000 yen to 8,500,000 yen
*This will be determined based on experience and ability.
- Overtime work will be paid separately

- Bonuses are paid twice a year (most recent 4.3 months)
- Salary increase is once a year

▼Overtime Details
There is about 10 hours of overtime a month. In the case of management positions, the flextime system is not applicable.
▼Holiday
The annual holidays total 126 days. This includes weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), national holidays, Golden Week, summer holidays (5 days), and the year-end and new year holidays (December 30 to January 3). There's also a holiday on the foundation day (June 16).
Paid leave is granted from the time of joining the company, and special leave includes condolence leave, disaster leave, childcare leave, nursing care leave, child nursing leave, menstrual leave, reward leave, refresh leave, jury duty leave, volunteer leave, prenatal and postnatal leave, and the papa quota system.
