[Clinical Testing Department One (Quality Control)]
Our team works to ensure that products are made correctly and to maintain higher quality.
- We conduct incoming inspections of materials and tests of products.
- We manage the dilution ratios of products.
- We engage in quality improvement activities to increase the reliability of our products.
[Clinical Testing Department Two (Manufacturing)]
Our team plays an important role in manufacturing allergy diagnostic drugs.
- We extract and concentrate allergen substances from raw materials.
- We revise manufacturing records and address non-conformities.
- When introducing new machinery, we perform equipment validation.

Estimated annual salary: 3.6 million yen to 7.9 million yen
Overtime allowance paid separately *Management positions are not paid.

▼Overtime Details
Overtime work will be about 10 to 30 hours per month.
Overtime pay will be provided separately according to the actual overtime hours.

Annual holidays total 126 days, including a complete two-day weekend system (Saturday and Sunday holidays), Golden Week, the founding anniversary (June 16), summer vacation (5 days), and year-end and New Year holidays (December 30 to January 3). In addition, paid leave is granted from the first year, starting with 10 days (from the first month) and can be taken in hourly increments. Special leaves include condolence leave, disaster leave, maternity leave, childcare leave, nursing care leave, menstrual leave, commendation leave, refresh leave, jury duty leave, volunteer leave, additional nursing care leave, prenatal and postnatal leave, and the Papa Quota system among others.

The trial period is three months, and there will be no changes to the working conditions during that time.
