▼Job Responsibilities
[Quality Assurance Officer]
Responsible for overall quality assurance of pharmaceutical products and in vitro diagnostic products. This is an important job to maintain high quality, so it is very rewarding.
- Checks product quality and make a decision if it is safe to ship.
- Analyzes quality events in the plant and takes actions for improvement.
- Operate the quality system based on GMP and QMS.
- Prepares relevant documents and maintains records.
- Accepts and responds to audits and checks for problems.
Working under a solid system, this is an important role that supports the operation of the factory.
You will gain a lot of experience in a factory that plays a central role in the group companies. By maintaining quality, you will be able to contribute to patients.

- Estimated annual income: 3.6 million yen to 7.9 million yen
- Overtime allowance paid separately (excluding management positions)
- Bonus: Twice a year (most recent results: 4.45 months)
- Salary increase: Once a year
