▼Job Responsibilities
Home care for the disabled and elderly
We help people with severe disabilities or the elderly who need support to live their own lives in their own homes.
Examples of staff duties
Looking after and changing the position of the elderly
Assistance with daily living such as washing, cooking, cleaning, etc.
Physical assistance such as toileting and transferring
Mobility support
Sleeping and waking care
Phlegm suctioning (as needed)
Filling out care records
etc.
▼Salary
You can choose to work only day shift / only night shift / both.
(Hourly wage / 1-5 days per week available)
Day shift only】9:00~18:00
Hourly wage: 1,460 yen
Night shift only】22:00~8:00
Hourly wage: 1,810 yen
However, working hours will vary depending on the place of work.

No fixed term of contract (however, the first two months are fixed-term employment)

Car commuting is possible (depends on work location).
Moving expenses and other subsidies are available for those wishing to make a U/I turn (stipulations apply)
Salary prepayment system (can be applied for at any time and as many times as necessary, company pays all fees) *Up to 70% of operating expenses
