▼Job Responsibilities
【Care Staff】
Your role is to support elderly residents so they can live comfortably and safely.
* Provide assistance with all aspects of daily life
* Build strong communication with residents and monitor their health conditions
* Offer care with meals and bathing, bringing smiles through your support
▼Salary
Applicants with a caregiving qualification and over 3 years of experience will be offered an hourly wage of ¥1,800 or more.
Those with caregiving experience but without a qualification, or with less than 3 years of experience, will be offered ¥1,500 to ¥1,700 per hour, depending on discussions with the facility.
We will propose the highest possible wage based on your experience.
Transportation costs are fully covered, and overtime is paid by the minute.
▼Contract Period
We begin with an initial contract of 2 to 3 months, after which we’ll confirm whether to renew the agreement.
We welcome applicants who are available for long-term work.
The contract period can be adjusted based on your availability.

Day shift: 8:30–17:30
Late shift: 10:30–19:30
Night shift: 16:00–10:00 (next day)
