【Store Staff】
This is a job providing delicious dishes to customers at a restaurant.
- Guide customers to their seats.
- Hand out menus and take orders.
- Help with simple food preparation in the kitchen.
【Employee Duties】
Manage store operations and ensure smooth management.
- Educate and manage part-time staff.
- Create shifts and adjust working hours for staff.
- Check inventory and order necessary items.
- Manage sales and support store management.

Monthly salary over 259,000 yen, including fixed overtime pay for 30 hours (over 49,000 yen). Overtime exceeding this will be paid separately. There are biannual bonuses in June and December. Salary increases once a year (July), and there are allowances for positions, skills, and housing if relocation is involved. Part of the transportation costs is reimbursed separately, and commuting by car, motorcycle, or bicycle is possible.
