[Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operator].
You will be responsible for various processes involved in the manufacture of pharmaceutical products. Our goal is to provide a stable supply of pharmaceutical products using state-of-the-art technology. We have a careful training system, so you can learn new things well.
- Weigh raw materials and accurately prepare materials for medicines.
- The prepared raw materials are fed into the machine and mixed or processed into granular form.
- The granulated materials are pressurized into shape to make tablets.
- The tablets are coated by spraying them with a liquid.
[Manufacturing equipment maintenance]
Since pharmaceuticals are manufactured using machinery, maintenance and cleaning of that machinery is also an important part of the job. They learn how to handle the equipment and acquire skills.
- We assemble and disassemble manufacturing machines.
- There is also cleaning work to keep the machines clean all times.
- Through the operating of the manufacturing machinery, support the production of pharmaceuticals.
We work together with all team members to create a site that continues to improve.

- Estimated annual salary: 3.9 million yen to 6.1 million yen
- Overtime allowance: Paid separately (not paid for management positions)
- Bonus: Twice a year (latest result: 4.5 months)

▼Overtime Details
The average monthly overtime is about 15 hours. Excluding managerial positions, overtime pay is provided separately.

126 days off per year, with two full days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays).
Other holidays include Golden Week, anniversary of the company's founding (June 16), summer vacation (5 days), and year-end and New Year's holidays (December 30 - January 3). In addition, paid vacations are granted from the time of employment, and special leave such as congratulation or condolence leave and childcare leave are available.
