▼Job Responsibilities
【Sales and Marketing Position】
In this job, you will help customers purchase homes or apartments. To get them interested in a new home, you will come up with various methods and actually carry out the sales.
- You will guide and explain at "on-site sales events" where customers can actually see the homes.
- You will develop promotions and plans to make customers want to buy a home.
- You will support the contract procedures for purchasing a home.
- You will research the environment around the home in detail and provide the best information to customers.
It is a rewarding job where you can help start an ideal new life for customers. I believe many people will be pleased with this.

Monthly salary 290,000 yen and up (including 30 hours of overtime)
Base salary 235,760 yen～
Bonus twice a year (to be determined based on interviews four times a year and actual performance)
