Public Works Work
Our company is centered in Adachi-ku, Tokyo,
We are a company that repairs roads and refurbishes bicycle parking lots.
A day's work
7:30 / Arrive at work, change clothes, and have a morning meeting
8:00-8:30 / Depart the company in a company car
9:00/ Arrive at work site and start work
10:30 / Break and lunch meeting
▽10:45/Reunion of work
▽ 12:00 / Lunch break (lunch at)
▽ 13:00 / Work resumes
▽ 15:00 / Small break & afternoon meeting
▽ 15:15 / Work resumes
▽16:00-16:30 / End of work, road closures, etc. are lifted

We take breaks frequently to check on the progress of construction and to take care of the physical condition of our staff.
Overtime work is also minimized because the work sites are located in close proximity to each other.

Saturdays and Sundays are the basic days off, but there may be occasions when we have to work on weekends and holidays.
In case of working on holidays, there will be a compensatory day off.

Each of these holidays can be taken 7 to 9 days in a row.
