Monthly salary: 235,516 yen - 288,188 yen
Basic salary: 200,000 yen to 215,000 yen
Allowance for improvement of treatment: 22,000 yen
Specific treatment improvement allowance: 2,500 yen to 15,500 yen
Additional allowance for improvement of treatment: 2,500 yen
Qualification allowance (care worker): 10,000 yen
Night shift allowance: 2,129 yen to 5,797 yen per shift x 4
Separately paid allowance
Allowance for care worker: 10,000 yen, social worker: 10,000 yen
Commuting allowance: fully paid
Salary increase
Actual results for the previous fiscal year: 0 yen to 5,000 yen per month
Bonus: Twice a year
