Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
As a manager candidate at a major conveyor-belt sushi chain restaurant, you will work in the following image.
・First year: Learn the basics of serving customers, cooking, and other operations necessary for running a restaurant.
・Second year: As an assistant manager, you will assist the manager and be involved in store operations. The assistant manager is in charge of human resource management and store operations, including staff shifts and ordering items.
・3rd to 5th year: Will be responsible for the overall management of the store.
As a store manager, you will manage a store with annual sales of several hundred million yen. You will improve the accuracy of budget planning and performance, and obtain appropriate profits.
・5th year and on, you will continue to pursue further career development.
▼Salary
Starting salary 250,000 yen/month + regional allowance (max. 20,000 yen)
Bonus paid twice a year
Salary increases are given as needed.
Model annual salary
5.37 million yen (average annual salary of all employees)
6,210,000 yen (average for store managers)

▼Working Days and Hours
Working hours per day: 8 hours
▼Overtime Details
Overtime: 29 hours per month on average (but less until you get used to it)
▼Holiday
Monthly rest days：8～9 days
Yearly average: 120 days
