- Support residents in living a fulfilling daily life
- Assist with physical care (help with meals, bathing, and using the toilet)
- Provide lifestyle support (assist with going out, plan and lead recreational activities)
- Room cleaning and watching over residents are also part of the job

Monthly Salary: ¥309,000 – ¥336,500
Bonus: Twice a year (June and December, based on company performance)

- Certified Care Worker (Kaigo Fukushishi) / Care Manager: ¥336,500/month (Estimated annual: ¥4,585,000)
Estimates are based on 5 hours of overtime and 5 night shifts per month.

- Paid leave is provided after 6 months of employment
