【Care Staff / Full-time Employee】

- Support residents in living a fulfilling daily life
- Assist with physical care (help with meals, bathing, and using the toilet)
- Provide lifestyle support (assist with going out, plan and lead recreational activities)
- Room cleaning and watching over residents are also part of the job

Monthly Salary: ¥309,000 – ¥336,500

Bonus: Twice a year (June and December, based on company performance)
Salary Increase: Once a year
Salary will be decided based on your qualifications, experience, and previous salary.

- No certification: ¥309,500/month (Estimated annual salary: ¥4,207,000)
- Initial caregiver training (Shoninsha): ¥316,000/month (Estimated annual: ¥4,298,000)
- Practical caregiver training (Jitsumusha): ¥320,500/month (Estimated annual: ¥4,361,000)
- Certified Care Worker (Kaigo Fukushishi) / Care Manager: ¥336,500/month (Estimated annual: ¥4,585,000)

Estimates are based on 5 hours of overtime and 5 night shifts per month.

Shift Schedule: Shift-based (includes both day and night shifts)

- 3 days off per week: About 163 days off per year (13–14 days off per month)
- 2 days off per week: About 115 days off per year (8–10 days off per month)

- You can request 2 preferred days off per month
- Paid leave is provided after 6 months of employment
- Other types of leave are also available
- Training period and probation period apply as needed
