Through assisting with meals, bathing, and personal care, you’ll be rewarded with heartfelt “thank yous” and warm smiles.
Specifically...
Household chores such as meal preparation and cleanup, laundry, bed making, etc. You can flexibly choose to work from 1 hour to 12 hours per shift, which is perfect for those of you who are raising children. We are currently recruiting for a position near Chofu Station, starting in November. Female helpers are especially active and thriving in this role.
No need to worry even if this is your first time!

▼Salary

Base hourly wage: 1,590 yen (applicable to most jobs)
Night Allowance: 25% increase in hourly wage for work between 8pm and 8am.
On night shifts, you can receive more than 20,000 yen per night!
Other hourly wage: ¥2,090 or ¥1,220 depending on the type of work (based on the subsidy amount).
Transportation expenses: Actual expenses paid up to 1,000 yen one way.
Rent subsidy: 82,000 yen per month as rent subsidy for those who are willing to cooperate with emergency response on a regular basis.
Trial period: 1,390 yen per hour for the first 100 hours. After that, the hourly rate will be increased to the base hourly rate.

※Additionally, childcare assistance is available at our small-scale nursery attached to the office (¥1,230/hour). Please let us know if you are interested.

The hourly rate for the probationary period is 1,390 yen.
The trial period ends at the end of the month when the total number of hours worked reaches 100 hours.

Client’s home near Chofu Station or Kyodo Station.

Personal accident insurance, property damage insurance, etc.
▼Benefit
Workers who meet the requirements can enroll in various types of insurance even when working part-time.
Transportation expenses: Up to 1,000 yen one-way for actual expenses.
Housing Allowance: Employees who can regularly assist with emergency shift coverage will receive a ¥82,000 monthly housing allowance.
