【Driver and Nursing staff】
This is a home-visit bathing service for those who have difficulty bathing at home due to being bedridden or having physical disabilities.

A three-person team (operator, nurse, and care staff) will go to the home to set up the bathtub and assist with bathing.
Responsibilities include driving the bath van, carrying and setting up the bathtub equipment, and helping clients during their bath.
You will also interact with clients to ensure they enjoy the experience and feel comfortable.

※The average number of home visits per day is 6–8.
※The primary vehicle used for driving is a Toyota Hiace.

▼Salary
- No qualification / Initial Care Training: ¥1,670 /hour
- Practical Care Training: ¥1,700 /hour
- Certified Care Worker: ¥1,720~¥1,820 /hour (*)
*Additional ¥100 per visit on Saturdays and public holidays

During training: 1,165 yen per hour (14 days of training, depending on the level of proficiency)

*Salary is per visit (approx. 50 minutes each).

Monthly salary: ¥267,500〜¥271,500 yen
Bonus: Twice a year

For part-time positions, employment is fixed-term for one year, after which it will be converted to a permanent contract.

Working hours: 8:00〜17:00, 8:30〜17:30, 9:00〜18:00
*Schedule may vary depending on client circumstances and traffic conditions.

Working days: 2 or more days per week
