【Driver and nursing staff】
This is a home-visit bathing service for those who have difficulty bathing at home due to being bedridden or having physical disabilities.
A three-person team (operator, nurse, and care staff) will go to the home to set up the bathtub and bathe the patient.
We ask you to drive the bathing vehicle, bring in and out the bathtub equipment, and assist the customer during bathing.
We communicate with our customers to help them enjoy their bathing experience!
The average number of visits per day is 6 to 8.
The vehicle to be driven is mainly a Hiace.

【Full-time employee】
Monthly salary: 267,500 yen - 271,500 yen
Bonus: Twice a year
Various allowances!
Allowance for those who have a certificate of practical training: 7,000 yen/month
Allowance for care worker qualification holders: 12,000 yen/month
Allowance for dementia practitioner training: 2,000 yen/month
Allowance for care worker qualification: 12,000 yen to 32,000 yen depending on the number of years of experience (only for those with at least 3 years of work experience).
【Part-time job】
Unlicensed/Intermediate training: 1,670 yen/hr.
Worker training: 1,700 yen per hour
Care worker: 1,720 to 1,820 yen per hour (*)
*Saturday and national holiday allowance: 100 yen x number of cases covered
During training: 1,165 yen per hour (14 days of training, depending on the level of proficiency)
*Salary is per visit (approx. 50 minutes).

*Part-time employees are employed for a fixed term of one year, and after one year, the employment will be changed to a permanent employment.
