We are seeking individuals for apartment building cleaning and management duties.

▼ Cleaning common areas and taking out trash
▼ Watering plants
▼ Patrols within the building
etc.

Cleaning each floor is planned and carried out over the course of a week.
You will learn all the necessary knowledge and procedures thoroughly during training, so there is no need to worry.

▼Salary
Hourly rate：1,250 yen
＊Transportation fee is fully paid

Renewal of contracts on an annual basis

▼Working Days and Hours
Working hours: 8:00 ~ 12:00
Work days: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (4 times a week)
