【Elderly Care Facility Staff】

- Support residents with their daily activities
- Assist with meals
- Help with bathing and toileting assistance
▼Salary
Base Salary: ¥185,000
Total Monthly Pay (including allowances, excluding Care Worker License allowance): ¥268,900
Other Allowances:
Night Shift Allowance: ¥6,000 per shift (approx. 6 shifts/month)
Special Duty Allowance: ¥5,000
Base Up Allowance: ¥36,000 (14% of base salary)
Perfect Attendance Allowance: ¥5,000 (for no tardiness or absences)
Housing Allowance: ¥10,000–¥15,000 (¥15,000 if rent is ¥40,000 or higher)
Early/Late Shift Allowance: ¥2,000 per shift
Care Worker License Allowance: ¥20,000 (uniformly provided to certified care workers)
Additional Benefits:
Paid Leave: 10 days after 6 months of continuous employment
Salary Increase & Bonuses: Salary raise and bonuses twice a year (equivalent to 4 months’ pay total)
Retirement Benefit: Available after 3 years of service
