【Salary Details】
- The hourly wage for Daytime Care Welfare Workers is ¥1,231 (Kanagawa) / ¥1,233 (Tokyo).
- For those who have completed practical training and initial training, and those without qualifications, the hourly wage is ¥1,225 (Kanagawa) / ¥1,226 (Tokyo). This salary starts from October.
- For work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, the hourly wage is increased by ¥30.
- Night shift allowance is provided between ¥4,500 to ¥6,000 per shift.

Information regarding the wage system includes allowances for weekends and public holidays, as well as night shift allowances, with a system in place that evaluates efforts accordingly.

Day shift is an 8-hour period between 7:00 and 19:00. Night shift is a 15-hour period between 17:00 and the following 10:00.
