▼Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible for translating work manuals and interpreting between Japanese and foreign employees at the factory.

Monitor and evaluate work progress at the factory.
If work is behind schedule, you will coordinate with customers regarding the delivery date.

Develop production schedules by planning the sequence and workflow of manufacturing processes.

You will prepare basic materials for creating quotations.
　*The final selling price is decided by the company president.

We have a one-hour online (web) meeting every day.
In this meeting,

　-Check the progress of the work
　-Make sure there are no problems
　-Ensure that all departments are working well together

The role of the manager is to

Respond to inquiries from customers.
Gather customer specifications, create quotations, and manage order processing.

Monthly salary is 190,000-270,000 yen
