【Care Staff】
As a care staff member, you will visit the homes of community users and provide care. For the first 2 weeks to 1 month, a senior colleague will accompany you, allowing you to learn the caregiving tasks gradually, which is reassuring. Even if you have less than 1 year of caregiving experience, you will be able to work independently.

▼Salary
Monthly salary: 242,000 yen
Basic salary: 234,000 yen
Fixed overtime (4.5 hours): 8,000 yen
Allowance:
Qualification allowance
Care worker: 18,000 yen
Practical training provided: 5,000 yen
Housing allowance: 30,000 yen
*This allowance is for those who live in our designated area and do not receive transportation expenses.
Commuting allowance: actual expenses paid with a maximum of 40,000 yen
No allowance is combined with the housing allowance.
Night shift allowance: 7,500 yen
Early shift and late shift allowance: 1,000 yen
Bonus: 3 times a year (annual total of about 350,000 yen)
Salary increase: Once a year (possibility of salary increase in June (0-5,000 yen).
・Retirement allowance: For employees who have worked at the company for 5 years or more (paid in accordance with the company's rules and regulations)

▼Overtime Details
Overtime work exceeding the prescribed working hours is about 4.5 hours per month. Overtime pay is provided in accordance with the actual overtime hours worked.

Paid vacations: 10 days after 6 months of continuous service
