▼Job Responsibilities
Sealing is the process of placing a rubber-like material in the gaps between the exterior walls of a building to prevent water from entering. The main repair work is to remove old seals and replace them with new ones.
(Work flow)
Remove the old sealing material.
Tape around the old sealant to prevent staining.
Insert new sealant into the gap.
Clean the surface with a special spatula.
(Flow of a day)
8:00 a.m.: Gather on site
8:00 - 12:00: Work
12:00-13:00: Break
1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.: Work resumes
5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.: Clean up
5:30 p.m.: Dismissal
There will be a short break at 10:00 and 15:00.
In addition, we are also looking for people with experience in waterproof painting work!
▼Salary
Daily wage: 14,000-25,000 yen
(Example of monthly income)
Less than 1 year of experience: 14,000 yen/day x 25 days → 350,000 yen
Three to five years of experience: 16,000 yen/day x 25 days → 400,000 yen
More than 5 years of experience: 18,000 yen/day x 25 days → 450,000 yen
