▼Job Responsibilities
【Care Staff】 This job is perfect for those interested in caregiving. You'll support residents' daily lives at a special nursing home.

- Assist residents with daily activities such as meals, bathing, and toileting. - Support safe living through health checks of residents. - Support recreational activities for residents and provide enjoyable experiences. Opportunities exist to improve caregiving skills and obtain certifications while working.

▼Salary
Monthly salary: ¥196,550 Night shift allowance: ¥8,000 per shift for long shifts (16:00–09:00), ¥6,000 per shift for short shifts (22:00–07:00).
Family allowance is ¥5,000 per child under 18 years old. Commuting expenses are reimbursed up to ¥30,000 per month. Salary increases occur annually in July, and bonuses are paid twice a year (July and December). Additionally, overtime pay is provided.

▼Holiday
The workweek includes two days off, with 107 annual holidays. Refreshment leave is granted once every two months, bringing the total annual holidays to 113 days. Employees may request up to two days of preferred leave.

The probationary period is one month. The conditions during the probationary period are the same as those upon permanent employment.
