Delivery Area: ① Nagoya City ② Handa, Nishio areas No long-distance deliveries / Primarily fixed routes Loading/Unloading: ① Loose loading/unloading ② Crate loading/unloading (about half) After Returning to Base: Unload return items (e.g., returnable crates), complete simple daily report (2-3 minutes / primarily numbers)

Monthly Salary: ① ¥345,000 and up ② ¥350,000 and up Fixed Overtime Allowance: ① Approx. 58 hours ② Approx. 70 hours (Additional overtime paid separately)

Probationary Period: 3 months (same pay and working conditions) Training Flow: New Employee Orientation → Classroom Training → Practical Skills → OJT (Riding Along) OJT Period: Minimum 2-3 weeks (maximum of 1.5 months in some cases) Pay remains the same during training After becoming independent, management staff will ride along and provide support if needed
