Your main duties will include the production of our signature dumplings “GYOPAO”
Main Duties
- Making gyoza and dim sum to be packed as frozen foods
- Carrying frozen Gyoza (up to about 25 kg)
- Preparing and processing ingredients
- Packing and shipping products
- Ordering and inventory control (only for supervisors, etc.)
* This role primarily involves standing work.
Some tasks require carrying frozen foods weighing up to approximately 25 kg.
→ This position is suitable for people who are comfortable with physical work
** Basic conversational Japanese level is OK
The work position only requires basic conversational Japanese, and you can learn Japanese while working. Friendly senior staff will support you.

Monthly salary: from ¥249,000
Management positions (e.g., factory manager): negotiable
* Travel expenses: provided
* Salary increase: available
* Bonus: once per year (depending on company performance)
* Salary is calculated at the end of each month and paid on the 15th of the following month
For a full-time employee, you can work long-term with stability. Some staff have been working here for over 30 years.
