【Care Staff】
This job involves helping elderly individuals live with peace of mind.
Those with experience will find even more opportunities to contribute.
- Provide daily living support within senior care facilities.
- Assist with meals, bathing, and toileting.
- Engage in conversation to enrich residents' lives.
- Manage medications and provide medical support as needed.
- Assist with cleaning and organizing both inside and outside the facility.

▼Salary
Hourly wage: ¥1,450 and up.
Varies depending on qualifications and experience.
▼Contract Period
The employment period is for one year, with the possibility of renewal and promotion to a full-time employee.

【Working Hours】
8-hour shifts
①6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (1-hour break)
②9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1-hour break)
③12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (1-hour break)
④5:00 PM to 9:00 AM next day (approx. 4 times per month, 2-hour break).
【Break Time】
60 minutes for day shifts, 120 minutes for night shifts.
【Minimum Working Hours】
8 hours 【Minimum Working Days】 5 days
