【Certified Care Worker】
This is an important job supporting the elderly and those with physical disabilities.
- Assist with meals and bathing.
- Support residents in staying active by doing exercises and going for walks together.
- Plan and carry out seasonal events and daily recreational activities.
- Monitor and record health conditions to maintain a safe living environment.

【Care Worker with Specific Skills】
This vital role utilizes specialized skills to provide diverse care support.
- Maintain cleanliness in residents' living spaces.
- Manage medications and assist with medication intake.
- Identify needs through communication with residents and families to provide appropriate support.

▼Salary
Monthly Salary: ¥251,000 to ¥316,000 Base salary ranges from ¥180,000 to ¥220,000, varying based on work experience.

The monthly salary includes fixed allowances (housing allowance: ¥10,000, clothing allowance: ¥1,000, treatment improvement allowance: ¥25,000 to ¥50,000).
[Annual Salary Example]
¥4,260,000 for a care worker in their 3rd year of employment; ¥3,730,000 for those without experience. Various other allowances are available.
