Monthly Salary: ¥251,000 to ¥316,000 Base salary ranges from ¥180,000 to ¥220,000, varying based on work experience.
The monthly salary includes fixed allowances (housing allowance: ¥10,000, clothing allowance: ¥1,000, treatment improvement allowance: ¥25,000 to ¥50,000).
[Annual Salary Example]
¥4,260,000 for a care worker in their 3rd year of employment; ¥3,730,000 for those without experience. Various other allowances are available.
