▼Job Responsibilities
[Kitchen Staff]
We are in charge of cooking to provide delicious grilled meat to our customers.
- We will cut and season ingredients.
- We will prepare dishes according to customer orders.
- Manage store inventory and maintain fresh ingredients.
[Hall Staff]
We are responsible for customer service to provide a pleasant time to our customers.
- Guide customers to their seats and take orders.
- Serve customers with a smile and heartfelt service.
- Perform cleaning and decoration of the store to maintain a comfortable environment.
[Manager/Leader Candidate]
Support store management and be responsible for staff training.
- Perform sales management and reservation management to support smooth operation.
- Conduct staff training and coaching, uniting the team.
- Use social media to promote the charm of the store.
▼Salary
The basic salary ranges from 350,000 yen to 800,000 yen per month and is determined by experience and skills. A deemed overtime allowance of 100,000 yen for 45 hours is provided. Bonuses are dependent on company performance and individual achievements. There is an annual salary increase.
