Job Description
▼Job Responsibilities
【Restaurant Cleaning Staff】
- Clean restaurants after closing hours
- Vacuum the entire store to keep it clean
- Carefully mop the floors
- Thoroughly scrub grease and grime in the kitchen
- Clean restrooms to ensure they are comfortable to use
★Daily Work Schedule
9:00 PM Check-in
Arrive at the Ichinoe office first (direct commute may be discussed)
Commuting by train, car, motorbike, or bicycle is OK!
9:30 PM – Travel to Work Site
Travel from the office to the site using a company car
10:30 PM – First Work Site
You’ll wear rubber gloves while working, so no need to worry about hand irritation
2:30 AM– Travel
3:00 AM– Second Work Site
Work is done in teams of 2–3 people
No special skills or experience required
7:00 AM– Finish Work / Travel
7:30 AM Return to the office / End of shift

Hourly wage: 1,300 yen to 1,900 yen
⭐︎Hourly Rates by Time (Late-night bonus included for 10 PM–5 AM)
- 10:00 PM – 5:00 AM: from ¥1,688/hour
- 9:00 PM – 10:00 PM / 5:00 AM – 9:00 AM: ¥1,350/hour
⭐︎Regular pay raises
- Starting at 1,300 yen per hour after the probationary period, your pay will increase by 30 yen after six months and 80 yen after one year!
- Depending on how quickly you learn the job, you may be able to start sooner than scheduled◎
- If you become a shift leader, your hourly wage can increase significantly to 1,520 yen (1,900 yen during late-night shifts)!
- Your daily wage is guaranteed even if you leave early.
