▼Job Responsibilities
[Care Workers / Caregivers]
You will work as care staff at a senior housing facility with services. Your main role is to support residents so they can spend their time safely and comfortably, especially in the evenings.
・Assist residents with meals, bathing, and toileting.
・Support residents with waking up, toileting, and getting ready for bed.
・Help plan and run recreational activities and events.
・Record residents’ conditions and share information with other staff.
・Work in a team environment where staff cooperate and support each other.
Opened in 2019, this is a modern facility with all private rooms, offering a comfortable working environment. With thorough training programs and support for obtaining certifications, it is an excellent opportunity for those who want to develop and upgrade their caregiving skills.

Hourly wage: 1,500–1,800 yen (based on qualifications and experience)
▼Contract Period
The employment period ranges from short-term (up to 2 months) to long-term (3 months or more). We are happy to discuss contracts of 2 months or longer, and there is a possibility of renewal.
